Well I saw the slabs of walnut when Bernie first got them and there was a bass finished with it in the workshop a couple of weeks ago so I am guessing it was this one.

This looks like sex and the front face is thick enough to take the contouring. When I ordered my last one I said to Bernie "no fancy woods" but he could not resist using this for the neck.

I wondered where that old ZX Spectrum of mine had gone. I've still got a copy of Horace Goes Skiing if you want to load it onto the bass.
