DiMarco Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 I use different combinations of these elements... Different flavors of tone. All are nice. [attachment=247270:stax.jpg] Quote
Jack Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 Quick shot at home before I head out to a biker rally. It'll be the first time I've used the fr800s. Quote
Pea Turgh Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 Hiya. I've been gigging my 2nd run JV Squire and my Peterson combo for a few years now. Would like a bit more juice, but we do have a hefty PA, so perhaps I'm just being greedy. Turns out both amp and bass came from the same music shop - John Ham's in Swansea (brother of Badfinger's Pete Ham). I like to think they were in the shop at the same time, though I bought them independently of one another. Recently fitted the gold anodised scratch plate - now I am the sh*t! Quote

Loved those Acoustic rigs back in their day and with an Orange head that must sound like heaven on earth. So is it heavy ? Dave Quote
drlargepants Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 Bought the cabs separately and annoyingly the speakers are different colours. Light enough but not as loud as might expect. Cabs don't seem to be ported either ? Quote

Would love to hear it live. Dave Quote

VTypeV4 Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 135 Wem boxes by VTypeV4, on Flickr Oldskool with my WEM boxes this evening. Sounded superb as the Goodmans speakers contained within were re-coned a few years back. Very smooth and warm sounding and all just about era appropriate except for the KHL 6er on the right! 135 rigger by VTypeV4, on Flickr Arty shot from work the other week. Bass 135 by VTypeV4, on Flickr Oldskool / New school with my SWR cabs - this setup really punches! Perfect combination of new and old together. Quote
