@ern500evo cobgrats on the new head and welcome to the DG M900 & BF rig owners club! Be interesting to hear how your new amp stacks up against the GK MB Fusion and what genre of music you're typically going to be using it for? You got yourself a really good deal on that M900 btw!

Thanks! I’m well happy with the deal, and Matt is a top top bloke too! Got my first gig with it tomorrow night, so I’ve only had one rehearsal to compare it to the GK. The main reason was to ditch the pedal board, the two Microtubes effects should replace the two drive pedals on my small board. I’m doing predominantly covers with it, mainly rockier stuff but a variety of genres. I was really impressed with the clean tone, the DG pre on the Dingwall makes it easy, had the amp set flat and made small adjustments on the bass. Will report back after the gig!

I used to gig with one of those Peavey 1820s and a Trace Elliott SMX head years ago. It used to feel like somebody was kicking me in the back of my legs with the amount of punch it had. I used to spend nearly all of my gig money in the osteopath's though.

I used to run two identical TKS 1126 cabs in the exact same colour with an Aguilar DB750. It was a glorious rig. Sold them all on here so wondering if I ever owned anything in this pic.

I took this snap for another thread but this is a lovely sounding setup, although bound to set off some folks' overhang OCD!

Don't know if what I feel is the result of ocd. But it does give me the willies. Looks like that poor little BF might just fold up 😮

Bet it sounds great though.
