Ridiculous rig update:

Sunn 1200s with Aphex 204 and Aguilar GS412 for low end
Ampeg SVT-II and Aguilar GS412 for mids
Burman MPA and Powerpak SL100 (until the Ampeg V4 gets fixed) with Laney and Marshall 4x12's for highs and fx
Ha I knew my rig wasn't excessive

That is one lovely Stingray! If I ordered one new instead of going second hand, that's what it would have looked like!

Haha, I'm pretty sure it is.

I was 'just' using the two Aggies with the SVT and Burman but I can get sooo much more clean sub out of the Sunn it's just amazing all three together. I'm not cranking it too much but it's just so imposing sounding and huge.
Heavy bass heaven.

No mate, sorry, if you pluck the strings with that you're definitely gonna end up with RSI, and probably carpal tunnel too.....

Cheers for that, you got a good deal!

I really hope you can find some settings that make it loud enough though mate. If the tones anything like mine itd be a real shame if you had to let it go.
