Weight is 10.5lbs, which isn't surprising considering the woods!

EQ Controls are all stacked knobs

Volume/Pickup Blend
Neck Pickup Filter/Freq Boost
Bridge Pickup Filter/Freq Boost
Treble Filter/Boost

So you have independent control over each pickups sound then blend to taste

My ACG is 10.5 lbs too but these basses are beautifully balanced and with a wide strap you barely notice it.
