Where can I get CLAY DOTS for a project P-Bass neck?

Does anyone know who sells pseudo Clay dots to fit to an aged P-Bass neck (70's with white plastic dots that look out of place) Are they really clay?

I made mine from P38 car filler with wood stain added,the clay dots you will buy are not always the correct size and its a fiddly time consuming pain in the arse fitting them if they are not spot on.....
