"...The RBX170 represents a price breakthrough for the RBX range, yet the quality is everything you’d expect from a Yamaha bass. The solid agathis body - in an attractive choice of colours - shares the range’s sleek, wide-cutaway contours, allowing the player easy access right to the top of the 24-fret, full-scale neck which carries a genuine rosewood fingerboard.
Powering is by two punchy, clear-voiced single-coil pickups, with the volume and tone controls augmented by a pickup balance control for added sonic versatility and expression...."
Available Colours:
black
red metallic
dark blue metallic
Comes with a simple gig-bag, is in good overall condition (quite a surface few dings here and there, mainly to the back, but nothing through the colour/finish). A good backup or beginner bass.

Can only say these are great basses. Light weight, easy to play seated and standing, cheap as chips, and sound great. Only the bridge is probably worth changing, Schaller 4D really turned mine into a top instrument. Have a bump.

Can you say a bit more about the condition of this bass? How old is it? What kind of nick is it in? Little hard to tell from the pics.

Cheers
