SOLD: tube works real tube

great-sounding valve overdrive pedal...mains-powered for full-plate voltage fun

there are a couple of issues with this pedal:

it can be a little microphonic at high gains.
the pots are a little crackly although fine when set.
the original footswitch as been replaced with a sturdier one (not by me) and as the fascia is at an angle, you do need a decent tap to get it to switch over.

it's fitted with the valve it came with - a 12ax7, but you can try other models like a 12au7 if you want less gain - i have and it's worth trying if you want to fine-tune the sound.

no instructions or info, but i'll pack it up well and send it to you, signed for royal mail for the princely sum of £35.

This the one that went for a similar price on ebay a few months ago? Was tempted to go for it, but was put off as i was worried it would be no good with bass or else i would have heard of it!

no, i've had this one for quite a few years, but sold to joe pending the pendulino.
