alanbass1
I had this up before for a trade. I purchased the amp new late last year and used it a couple of times at rehearsal and on two gigs and it was more than plenty loud enough alongside our overly robust (read loud) drummer - only dialed to halfway on the master volume without any extension cab. For the size of the combo it is amazingly loud with that signature Markbass tone from the LMK II amp. The amp is in immaculate condition and comes with a custom two tone padded black/white silvertone cover which cost £38. Sell for £525. Will post at cost (I still have the original box/packaging). Here's the blurb: Markbass Mini CMD 121P The Markbass Mini CMD 121P is a bass combo amplifier that gives you fat sound with electric or acoustic basses. That makes the Mini CMD 121P amp perfect for rehearsal studios or small club applications. The Markbass Mini CMD 121P comes with a built-in Little Mark II bass head in the top rear area. Bassists will appreciate the Markbass-designed Vintage Loudspeaker Emulator and Variable Pre-shape Filter which help give this Mini CMD a warm natural sound. The Little Mark II (the amp head used in this combo) also has a Neutrik Speakon combo jack output that accepts both Speakon or 1/4" speaker cable as well as a second 1/4" speaker out jack so you can hook up to another 8 ohm cab for a 500W rig. You'll also find a balanced XLR out, unbalanced tuner out so you can tune as you play without passing your signal through pedals. A Send and Return Effect loop protects you from losing your signal if one of your pedals dies or a cable in the chain gives out. pantherairsoft
Almost tempted to put my TC BG500 up so I can get this... The Power to weight ratio of this combo is unbeatable...
Beedster
I kinda fell out of love with the Markbass sound a while back, but I have to admit, these are extremely good units (I think the whole Markbass thing - lightweight, reliable, efficient - works best with combos), and with a rapidly-developing home studio that's really short on space, I am sorely tempted. Mmmmmm.......
