Boss OC-2..differences

Hi all
Just a quick one
Is there much of a difference between a vintage (say 90's) OC-2 and more modern versions.. I'm talking about internals and sound quality not casings...

We should probably sticky this, no difference whatsoever, the circuit and I believe components are identical. Don't pay an extra £100 for a letter r and a lighter shade of brown.

I'm told that it's pretty much the only boss pedal not to have had the components / board change over it's production run, making each pedal identical except cosmetically

Note that if you're selling an older one, you are still allowed to claim it sounds better and/or tracks better in an effort to justify doubling the price.

It's also a cert that some mug will believe you.

I'm glad i know this now, as i always thought i lost out by buying a newer version!
