Used only for a few hours, no velcro comes with box, pouch and sticker. Thinking about picking up a fuzz sometime soon for guitar, but unsure what to go for. Sadly, as much as I love the Catalinbread Pareidolia... it ain't gonna be the Merkin Fuzz.
