fuzzylogic
I have decided to sell my Epifani UL410 S1 bass cab. This is one of the original models made in the USA. It is a Series 1, neo 4x10, rated at 1000 watts, 4ohms and with the B&C speakers and variable tweeter. This cab is extremely loud and would suit somebody looking for a one cab solution that can still provide a full range sound. The dimensions are: 26.25"H x 23"W x 17.75"D, or, 670mm H x 585mm W x 450mm D. It weighs 57Ibs, which is a blessing for those of us without roadies. Epifani cabs are renowned for their massive, fat bass tone, punchy mids and musical highs. This is a professional quality cab and it sounds fantastic with my DB750 and performed superbly with my Peavey T-max that i sold recently. A fast transient bass amp would probably be the best match for this cab. I bought the cab about 4 months ago and decided to buy it along with the DB750 i have, but have now decided to match it with an Aguilar cab ( heavier, but wheels will make the difference ). When i bought the cab i bought it based on photos, but wasn't made aware of a small tear in the rat fur ( i only noticed a number of days later ), on the lower side edge. It also has a very minor mark on the grill which is hardly discernible ( hard to see in photos and barely seen when on stage ) and a tiny blob of something stuck in rat fur on top. Apart from that the cab is in excellent working condition and is fully operational. Because it is not in A1 condition cosmetically i will be asking for £450. I live around 5 minutes from J10 of M6. I would be willing to drive and meet to help save on journey time, or arrange a courier. See reviews below. I mean, its not being used
Flanker
Yes I had a DB750 and it didn't match well with the Epi. but a LM11 sounded fantastic as did a Genz Benz GBE750 and a Pre/ power setup - as you say for a single cab it's a big hitter. I'd have no problem buying this but I have a UL310 and really need a old school cab.
