Shuker update

I've posted pics of this before and before some arsehole says it, yes it does look like a coffee table but I think it's looking even more shexual and toit with some DR Black Beauties on. This bass -originally made for Old Git, has completely killed off my GAS and will see my playing days out.

The top's Camphor - you can actually get a whiff of it when you open the case and it's been in these a day or two which is a bit puzzling when you consider the amount of lacquer Jon applies to his basses.

Really loving the DR Black Beauties - they sound and feel great.

I really like the look of this bass. It looks a bit like my old peavey bass I think but obviously considerably more sophisticated

Very nice indeed. The black strings look great, as was stated above. Utterly wonderful instrument...I think I need to have a cold shower too!

Looks like a coffee table I jest. She looks gorgeous and I wholeheartedly agree about the Black Beauties (great strings! I've just ordered the Red Devils for my none-more-black Status, should be interesting...).

I'll give a +1 for Black Beauties as they have adorned my own custom Shuker for the last few months and they're the best string I've ever tried. Pricey though
