Does it use 9v batteries? Then yes.

Should do, my S2 Classics came with Duracell Pro batteries in from the Status factory and I've got normal Duracell in my older S2.

Pretty sure the Kingbass uses the same Gotoh battery box so shouldn't be a problem. The batteries last forever for the preamp.
