CanFanFret Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 Hi I am Barry Lamb and I have the privilege of being the Int’l Sales Director for Dingwall basses since 1999 and Euphonic Audio amps since 2002. I am a bit of a gear hound and through my passion for Beatles music for the past many decades also a big fan of the Hofner, Gretsch, Rickenbacker, and Vox gear. Just wanted to introduce myself and if I can offer up any info on Dingwall basses or EA amps I am more that happy to. Quote
ezbass Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 Welcome to BassChat Barry and thanks for the offer on the info, Dingwalls in particular are very popular here on BC, I don't think I've read a bad thing about them. I certainly want to demo a Combustion when I get the opportunity. I for one am very jealous of your job and where you live, I've been to Silver Star a couple of times and could easily see me living in Vernon. Quote
CanFanFret Posted September 27, 2010 Author Posted September 27, 2010 Hi ezbass, glad to hear that you have had a chance to experience this part of the world, picked up my seasons pass for Silver Star last week, still a couple months away but a great reason to look forward to the Winter months. My wife and l will be spending 3 months in London next year so I'll get a wee taste of life in the UK. The Combustion is great fun to play, love to turn the bass on 10 and treble on 7, great grind, minimal noise, maximum Combustion tone IMHO. Quote
