charic Posted September 30, 2010 Posted September 30, 2010 (edited) Hey all, At work at the moment and wont be able to upload pics until next week I'm afraid I'm looking at selling off my Line 6 300pro as seen here great amp but it is on the heavy side. Reason for selling: I've just joined a band that is likely to gig regularly and I live on the 4th flight of stairs in flats. Sounds good quiet and great loud. Never EVER had to have this at full volume. Does a great rock tone and you get some seriously strange sounds out of this thing too! Please bear in mind this is quite heavy (around 90lbs i think!) Tech specs are on the link but I will copy it up onto here later. Condition is good, the carpets a bit snagged and the odd scratch on the corner but thats it as far as I'm aware. £350 or PX/Trade for an amp head. Looking for something with a good rock tone and some versatility. Light is preferred, RH450 would be ideal and money can go your way but I'm open to offers! Anyway let me know, Rik Edit to add: Would prefer not to ship as this is pretty damn big and I dont have a box for it. Im willing to commute or meet halfway or for you to pick it up. munkonthehill Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 hola dude, My little practice lowdown is wicked mate. the amp sims are bang on, so although I dont find the line 6 has its own sound, it definetly delivers on what it promises. In fairness the onboard effects aint great, however they are good enough to be getting on with and if your a novice, then its a great place to start. The 300watt combo would be freakin sweet in my opinion and if it wasnt for my stock pile of ampeg gear I would take this. These amps are proven to be work horses and have great reliability. Im quite suprised this aint been snapped up yet, i think this would be an amazing amp for a person just starting out gigging so they have a variety of amp sounds to try out. Although in saying that, our veterans could also be in for a treat with the versatility these amps have to offer. Just my 50p folks, hope it helps though.
charic Posted October 16, 2010 Author Posted October 16, 2010 Thanks mate, this really is an under rated amp as live is have never had anything other than compliments. I tried so many amps before going for this and it has served very well. If it wasnt for 4 flights of stairs and a relatively small flat then I would probably hang onto this to be honest. However the rh450 is serving well and I'd like the money toward a second rs210. Hopefully the market will pick up soon as I hate to see it not being used...
munkonthehill Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 i am so suprised this aint shifted. Honestly folks these are a 1 stop shop amp.

LiamPodmore Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 Whoever picks this up is getting a damn good deal. I use the 150w 1x12 version and its KILLER. The tones are pretty tasty and vary so much it could be used for any genre, doesnt lack volume one bit either. Liam
charic Posted November 28, 2010 Author Posted November 28, 2010 Thanks liam, all sold now though to our own 'dropzone'
