EBS_freak Posted October 7, 2010 Author Posted October 7, 2010 Oh jeez, didn't mean to open this can of worms... I was just merely commenting on the individual threads for every single performance of this tours. Level 42 don't particulalry move me that much but I do appreciate it for what it is. Bring back Boon! Oh, and despite what was said in the other thread, MK has never sounded better than he did with his Spitfires - despite going through Crashdown! Quote

TimR Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I saw them at Wembley arena in the mid 80's. Mark King flew across the stage on wires in the dark with just the LEDs on his bass shining. It was very exciting....... ....to a 14 year old and his girlfriend. Quote

skankdelvar Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I would have attended every Level 42 gig on this tour, but I have a backlog of towels to fold. That said, I hope everyone who goes has a perfectly lovely time. Quote

JTUK Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 A bit of a tangent, but my mate who is doing really well these days, thought Phil Gould was top notch..which is some endorsement considering the level this guy is now at. But, no, the band isn't for me so I wouldn't go. I liked MK more when he stepped away from L42 Quote
stingrayPete1977 Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 (edited) Oh No,Some anti Ashdown comments and anti Mark King comments in one thread!!
