ShaunB
Happy New Year all! My Valenti P-Bass (Number 5) scratchplate - blue pearl - has a few dings and I'm thinking of changing the colour. However, I don't know if the plate is standard P-bass or a custom one-off. I have emailed Nino and he can't remember. He gets them from AllParts, whether custom or standard. So, without stripping the old one off, removing pots etc. to draw a template, does anyone know (or have) a standard template drawing/tracing/file so I can check whether I'm looking at custom or standard? cheers, Shaun

ShaunB
Just a thought... Would it be too much of an imposition for someone to do a rough tracing of a standard P-bass scratchplate and somehow send it to me? Scan/email simplest...? Even a good overhead pic may do the job - I can scale it up if you had a ruler or summit as a standard... [email protected] Eternally grateful...
