Another spammer attack

We seem to be in the middle of another targeted spam attack, but this one is from China rather than India. We're staying on top of it but no telling when they'll give up. In the meantime, thanks for your patience.

OK, I think we've got it mostly under control with a load of IP blocks (which we can use without worrying about whether we'll block new members because the addresses are China based). There maybe flare ups occasionally but we'll jump on them as we discover them. The more they post, the more lock down we apply, they won't win.
