Hi

I have a 2007 scroeder 410L which was custom made for a guy who wanted it to match a silverface bassman head. As such it has a removeable wooden frame on the front with vintage fender style speaker cloth. Looks very good. The problem is there is no metal grill material behind it. I would like to remove the cloth and fit a screwed on metal grill to cover the whole of the front of the cab. Any suggestions about where to get the grill material. Or is there a company that makes them cut to size. The cloth look is good but not robust enough for some of the puibs and clubs I do. Any help gratefully recieved.

By the way this is my second scroeder I have had the 1212L. The 410L is light sounds awesome very compact idf you have a small stage and 1200 watts in bigger venues I use it with a yamaha BBT210 to give a 2 ohm load for my T max head.

I notice his grilles have an open area of 60% but I've seen others that appear to have a lot less. What effect does this have on sound? I'm guessing it would only be significant at frequencies beyond the interest of bass players.
