7string
Here's the new addition to the bass family. A Dingwall Combustion 5. After not being able to get on with the narrow string spacing of my Carvin 5 string, I sold it (and one of my guitars) to buy myself a replacement. My wife had the chance to go to Florida with friends and their family and this seemed the perfect opportunity to get the new bass. After a bucketload of research, I plumped on a Dingwall Combustion 5. It took a while to track one down as they seemed to be being sold as quickly as they were in stock, but I got there in the end. Superb service from George and Chris at Bass San Diego. Thanks guys So here she is. My wife has appropriately named her "Disney"

simon1964
That looks fantastic! I've never played one - how easy are the fanned frets to get used to?

merello
The name 'Disney' worries me as in Scottish slang it translates as 'does not' as in 'It disney work!'
