I gotta say - I love this guy. I'm digging his playing and his sound a lot. Check out a band he plays with called 'Oriental Express' - some really good tunes on their Myspace page. A little too smooth IMO, but I like the blend of Korean traditional instruments with modern Western-influenced 'lite jazz' sounds. Who knew?

Yeah, i've just never seen them do a Jazz bass before.

Mind you, one search through Ishibashi U-Box usually brings up a few oddities.

what a guy, amazing playing, I love the tunes too, that yellow bass with the Miku picture is super cool too...and a camo' Fodera I think?
