mr.sibs Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 (edited) As i predicted.. this is too big for me and for the moment i need something a bit more travellable Its a good cab, very solid being an older trace, no rattles or green fur, has a full black painted wood case, good grill, solid big handles and its pretty damn loud. it has scratches on it and has been gigged, but thats what cabs are for right? also the jack connection in the back sometimes needs twiddling when you first plug it in from the head, id say the connection just needs resoldering where the jack part is, but it doesnt cut out or anything once youve got it in the right place... The head is a trace gp7sm, in great condition, wonderful full punchy tone, 7band graphic eq, passive and active input, loud trace fan, but the amp is loud too, ive had no problem whatsoever with it, just too big for me to move around Only interested in an ampeg combo really Edited January 24, 2008 by mr.sibs

Thornybank Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 Amazing price for the old 200w painted box. Rich, creamy tone from ply construction compared to boxy brwarp from mdf. A lick of the right paint and it will look fabberoo. With one of the wee side handle AH150 heads on it it will deliver most excellent tonality. Cheap just for the old Celestions. Bargain++
