Lysdexia Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 (edited) Hi guys - I'll trade for a Ric, Sell for offers close to the £1,000 or accept a similar value trade + cash. A truly wonderful example of the very best that Fender has to offer. No longer available either. The Flame maple top is beautiful to behold. . . Cheers. As ever - more to follow. CHRISDABASS Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 I refuse to even entertain the idea of looking at this bass until it is in the hands of a beautiful woman!!
MB1 Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 MB1. Now thats a nice Fender!...(without the aid of scantily clad models did i just say that?) and what might you be looking to trade that for?
P-T-P Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Have you a price please? One like this sold on eBay last week for £680 which I was tempted to bid on.
Lysdexia Posted October 27, 2010 Author Posted October 27, 2010 The finish on the binding is first class.
Lysdexia Posted October 27, 2010 Author Posted October 27, 2010 Whilst there are signs of use, small dings and surface abrasions, nothing of note and you do have to look for them. Overall in very, very good condition and most importantly - it sounds rich and full and deep and strong. Awesome bass.

Wil Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 That looks like a beautifully put together instrument. Very nice!
Gust0o Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Bollocks, that is lush - even sans woman-stand! I have nothing to trade that would be of like, sadly.

Lysdexia Posted November 1, 2010 Author Posted November 1, 2010 And now for sale. I've had two generous cash offers so I'm going to stick this up for sale asking for offers around the £1,000 mark. I'm working my way to getting a Ric again. I'll also listen to trade + cash offers if it's cash coming my way. And if someone want to trade me for a Ric then we'll both be in clover
Lysdexia Posted November 1, 2010 Author Posted November 1, 2010 (edited) PS - as anyone who has dealt with me will confirm, I'm more than happy to haggle provided the net result is a win/win for both parties. Edited November 1, 2010 by Lysdexia
Hutton Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 I briefly had one of those FMT jazzes. It was a great bass and I really liked it. However, my pro-bass playing son in London also fancied it and it quickly became his main instrument. It is still his main squeeze. Andra is a great guy to deal with so have no worries. I only wish I had money but there again my son may then decide that he needs a backup!
Hutton Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 Oh I just remembered - I hope you don't mind me using your fotae for my avatar Andra. Best of luck with the sale, it's a superb bass and would grace any player's collection.
