garbev
'Evening. I've decided to move on my 8 track recording system, no time to use it anymore and it's a shame to have it hanging around. The D 108 is a pro level 8 track digital recorder, 8 simultaneous track recording at 44.1 or 48K. 8 analogue inputs/outputs also has Adat optical I/O I've had this fitted with a western digital Barracuda 40gig drive which gives over 6 hrs recording time. This unit is in great condition having always been flightcased. I've recorded albums which have been released with this unit including the 1000 welsh voices at the Albert Hall! The most practical application I've found for it is remote drum recording in a nice room, then dumping the tracks in my DAW via the adat interface. Second part of the package is my Mackie CR1604 desk, 16 balanced inputs, 6 on xlr's 8 direct outs, lovely 3 band eq, 4 aux sends. A quality analogue desk, perfect companion to digital recorders also great for live PA use. The desk is in very good nick, some wear on the print on the main output faders. No problems with electrics or i/o's. Rack ears included. Asking £190 for the package or will split at £100 for the D108 and £110 for the desk, plus p&p or cost of fuel along M4/M5 corridor (based in S. Wales) Thanks, Gary.
