Lozz196 Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 (edited) Fender Lonestar Stratocaster - ITEM NOW SOLD Arctic White, rosewood fretboard, tortoiseshell pickguard. Immaculate condition, comes with an SKB hardcase. This link gives full spec: http://www.fender.com/products/search.php?partno=0139410380 But briefly, alder body, maple neck, with rosewood fretboard, modern 9.5" radius c-shape neck, 21 medium jumbo frets. 1 x Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Humbucker bridge pickup, 2 x Fender Texas Special pickups, middle & neck. Made in Mexico, as part of the Deluxe Range. This guitar is incredibly versatile, and can be used for many different genres ( I used it in a hard rock band, on rhythm guitar). The Pearly Gates is one sweet sounding pickup, very PAF-like, with great harmonics and a nice full mid-range without ever being shrill. The Texas Specials are famed for giving that classic "strat" sound. User reviews on Harmony-Central give this guitar a rating of 9.0 out of 10 - see link: http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews...Star+Strat/10/1 The only modification I have done to this guitar is have the floating bridge bolted down for increased sustain and stability, as I`m not a trem-user. This however can be put back to its original state by unscrewing the 3 screws used to do this. Currently these are going for £460ish. As I`m including a hard case with it, am looking for £300 or near offers. No trades thanks, am offloading gear. Payment via Paypal, as a gift please. Would prefer collection (from Hertfordshire), but can arrange courier to UK buyers, at buyers expense. Edited January 2, 2011 by Lozz196
