bass_ferret has recently taken delivery of a new white Spitfire and its well worthy of inclusion in this thread -



"Broken white" with snakeskin plate. Bound neck... matching headstock. Mmm. Lovely.

An 80's Bb is now firmly back on top of the gas list now that the Ray itch is scratched.

The white and ebony.....wow. Is it in the Yammy appreciation thread?

Here's my offering that was my first real bass 30 years ago. '64 Rickenbacker 4001S, or Rose Morris 1999 to be more precise.

How can you not love that "White is Right" look... :)

It's a heavily restored '74 neck, with a Geddy body, refinished in Nitro, 74 bridge, electrics and tuners, Wizard 84 pups and a modern scratchplate.
