basshead56
My 51 Precision RI project. Originally butterscotch blonde, now trans blonde with stripped neck and added slight contour. Have since added a bridge cover and a proper cloth wire harness (the original wiring job was surprisingly poor for Fender Japan!) dougieb
Hi, this is my Epiphone Classic IV Pro Thunderbird with a few embellishments. I have added speedwinder controls, a thumbrest and the scratchplate and trussrod cover are hand tooled leather on a very thin aluminium backing plate. It really is a beautiful neck. Very comfortable. It feels nicely worn in too. I really love this bass. Proper vintage tone and feel. Not too heavy either. It's got LaBella flats on it at the moment and it absolutely sings!
bottomfeed
Here's my blast from the past... A Bass Maniac from the 80's... The band at the time used to say it was 'semen white' Just realised how hard it is to take pics of white basses! It doesn't look this white in real life... It has a really unique sound with a very aggressive treble end & served me well for many years ... Couldn't bring myself to sell it off, like I have done with many others & later regretted.... discreet
Sod it, this can go in here as well, can't it?? 'Blonde' would have been the original colour designation, I believe. Spitfire tort guard incoming, too...
wako
Not white only but cute isn't it ?
Pixiechick23
Good god some of these basses are sexy! I've always wanted a white bass, specifically a white Epiphone Thunderbird, however I tried playing one of those and bloody hell, they're massive and insanely heavy when you're dinky like me. So I never got one in the end. Bought a cheap Swift bass on eBay instead, need to get the jack fixed and might actually just get the pickups changed and customise it altogether. Nice and light in comparison to the Thunderbird though.

76whiteTbird
There are some beautiful basses here. I'm very envious! Here's a pic of my WHITE 1976 Gibson Thunderbird which I've had for a long time and I'm not letting go of.
