Thrown out of court, falsified evidence and copious post posting editing revealed I own neither Gibson or Fenders

Nothing actually changed, but this of course now makes no sense, but it was in response to the post above which was removed for an unknown reason about a day later - anyway, as you were...

I've never owned a white bass...hard to believe I know

I lied....just realised that I had a Pearl white Bass Collection Nanyo 5er. I thought that I was going to have to go on a white bass GAS trip...

That's gorgeous! Original? I'd say...late 66?

Thanks mate.  It’s an amazing bass.  Yeah it’s all original.  The pickups say 1967 but the rest of the bass is ‘66.

It’s got the Entered Special routed behind the scratchplate and the pots are original and untouched but different to one another.  I’ll check back on the “internal” photos and let you know.  It’s unusual, I know that much.

Yeah, just looked back and the tone pot begins with 304 as opposed to the other two which begin with 137.  All 3 are ‘66 but there is a theory that not all 3 were fitted in Fullerton.

Both types were used by Fender, that’s all I know.
