supabock Posted November 4, 2010 Share Posted November 4, 2010 Hi All, This is pretty much a feeler at the moment, so feel free to give your thoughts..... I have two Rickenbacker 4001 Stereo Basses, one Jetglo, and one Fireglo, Feb '75 and Oct '75 respectively. Both basses have been kept in their cases and the Fireglo has never been used by me since I bought it back in the mid 80's. I have had the Jetglo since around '79 and has been used. Both basses are in exceptional condition, with only the Jetglo showing minimal signs of usage, and the Fireglo pretty much unmarked. I will put up some photos in the next day or so. I am trying to get some idea of prices for the Ricks and I'm considering selling or trading these as I would like to get my hands on a good late pre-CBS Fender Jazz, or very early CBS Fender Jazz, which is playable...
