doctorg57 Posted November 5, 2010 Share Posted November 5, 2010 (edited) Hi everyone - I'm having a clear out and this weekend I'm going to retreive my red Westone "The Rail" from a friend who borrowed it from me to learn to play bass about 10 years ago - quickly gave up - and has been storing it for me since. I bought it new from a music shop when I was on holiday in Italy in what must have been the mid 80's? 1985? I will post some pictures once I've got it back. I think this is a bit or a rarity and know that in the eyes of many, a pinnacle of Jap Crap, but I'm sure someone somewhere may be interested in it. I have no idea what it is worth and I've not seen it for the past 10 years. It was in reasonable nick when I lent it and was cocooned in its silver and black gig bag (as I remember it?). I'm open to offers and will post pictures once I've got my grubby hands back on it. steverickwood Posted November 5, 2010 Share Posted November 5, 2010 These are surprisingly good - the sliding picku makes huge differences...I may be selling mine soon for the same reasons though.
