Mike Pratt also wrote songs with Lionel Bart for Tommy Steele in the late fifties and early sixties. I believe he also played piano in Steele's backing band.

Lewis Collins played bass with sixties beat combo The Mojos.

I just love all those old shows & the music. When I first met my wife I remember us watching reruns of Randall & Hopkirk (deceased) and discussing the bassline in the incidental music.... I sure know how to show a lady a good time!
