Picked up this wee witch recently and 7string is currently doing his Harley Street magic on it.

What are you having done?

Basically 7String is stripping it down, cleaning it out and rebuilding it before setting it up properly. It had been under a bed in a case for about 12 years.

Just got it back today!

Cheers to 7 string once again! He has cleaned it, polished it, adjusted the neck and set up the action.

Absolutely stunning take on a jazz and miles better than my old MIM Black Jazz bass!

That is very cool.

In fact, put a mint scratchplate on it, swap the neck pickup for a P and that is pretty much my ideal bass. (At the moment.)

Mint the colour or brand new?

Would love some info on these.

The mint is a kinda aged look, like a really old white one which has been out in the light too long. The mint green is really subtle effect.

I had a CAR bass and I hated the mint pickguard on it. I put a black one on and it looked stunning.

Anyway, as requested here is my ESP 400. I am currently having a fretless neck made for it by Jon Shuker so as soon as I get it, I will pot pictures.
