Only interested in a Streamer LX, with the satin finish, never really liked the high gloss stuff. Preferably in Lake placid blue. Alder body with Quilted Maple top. With matching headstock. Maple neck & Fingerboard Bartolini pickups with Parallel/Series/Singcoil switches for each pickup. If it's not concerns about getting ripped off it's concerns about couriers. They're bad enough in this country, never mind overseas! As we saw recently, the thread where the Mayones bass was thought to have been stolen on arrival in the UK exposed the flaws in internalion shipping! And thank god that turned out ok! And then there is the concern about a lot of countries that don't have fantastic reputations for trading. I was recently looking into buying a bass from Romania and I received a lot of advice about the postal infrastructure there - namely that it is dire!
