Mzungu71 Posted November 14, 2010 Posted November 14, 2010 Evening all, just wondering if anyone know's how you go about getting your fees back if the dumb ass who bids for your item wins and doesn't cough up? I'm pretty sure this is what's happened although it so far has only been 24hours, but no response to messages and the winning bidder has no previous on evilbay Quote
markstuk Posted November 14, 2010 Posted November 14, 2010 You open a case with ebay 4 days after sales completed.. They then wait a bit for the buyer (not) to respond, then you close the case and they credit you the fees... The bit to remember is that you have to close the case.... Quote

markstuk Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 I find that really helps encourage them to bid
Tried putting an abusive message directed at your watchers in the item description.
Quote
Mzungu71 Posted November 15, 2010 Author Posted November 15, 2010 I decided not to go down the "abuse potential buyers" path, tempting as it sometimes is Quote
