£265, that's a lot of cash for the whole weekend! Just wondering how much someone could actually learn in a short space of time. I suppose you could take a mini disc recorder or something to go back over the course. Horses for courses

I guess so, but considering the amount people spent on gear compared to bass education, it might be worthwhile - especially with a handy recorder! Great idea there!

Ive an aunt that lives nearby (in Barry) so the weekend could be worth my while,in an educational sense for my ERB playing.

It certainly is, I'm already going on the Todd Johnson one, I'm probably going on the Yves Carbonne one, and matt Garrison is a must as far as I'm concerned.

If I had the money I would have done the todd one...but funds are limited. I am definately going to the garrison one though, as a student of electric bass I don't see how I couldn't.
