malcolm.mcintyre
Anybody know of a place willing to make one-off covers for cabs?
Cat Burrito
Hi Malcolm - in addition to this thread we have a few threads on the various companies and members varying experience with custom service http://www.ampcovers.co.uk/ampcovers.asp (a bit slow at times but very good) http://www.hotcovers.co.uk/page3.htm (don't know personally) http://www.pianocoversonline.co.uk/ (ditto) http://store.amplifiercovers.com/ http://www.hotroxuk.com/fender-amp-covers-8292-0.html and I've used http://www.amplifiercoversonline.com/zenca...;products_id=16 Ebay has loads too, often from these companies selling there too. icastle
I'd like to add: http://www.pianocoversonline.co.uk/ Don't be fooled by the company name - they do a hell of a lot more than just piano covers. Had dealings with them recently and managed to order the wrong cover (my fault). Contacted them and they agreed to swap it for the correct one and even waived the slight price difference. Superb people to do business with and being a miserable old git, I'm not easily pleased Ian

xgsjx
I got mine from roqsolid AKA http://www.amplifiercoversonline.com/zenca...;products_id=16 They give an exceptional customer service & called me to go over details such as "what colour of piping I would like" & with progress updates. Good solid cover too. Well recommended.
fingerz
I strongly recommend checking out Silverstone covers. They made me a zip around cover for my cab and it was a one off. Sent them measurements, job done. The reason they are worth checking out is that they use a thick padded material which really protects your gear as oppose to the usual thin slip over stuff. I've not seen an other brand who make them so substantial as these ones. Google them and you should get them, worth a look a least.

Got a cover for my Markbass 4x10 cab and it is really good quality, great fit and well padded.
BottomEndian
Every time someone mentions Silverstone covers, I think of threads like this, of which there have been a few. I'm glad some people have a smooth experience with them, and they look great, but I'm not sure I'd even bother trying, purely on the basis of the negative experience so many people have had. EBS_freak
I had my covers made across the pond at d2fcovers. Have to say, they have stood the test of time and are still great. Can't recommend highly enough.

Took him the measurements, cost me a tenner for one for a 4X10 combo using good quality tough material that was an offcut.
