Heres my current 3 black basses, an Ibanez Sr300, a bitsa P with body bought off Grangur and an Epi V with Hipshot bridge.

Here's the current state of my Ratty bita bass.
Marlin Slammer body (surprisingly a solid wood body)
Harley Benton left handed Jazz neck
Fender high mass (Bad Ass style) bridge
Temporary Wilkinson Jazz pickups.

I'm waiting for some Musicman type humbuckers, some concentric pots and knobs and I think I might get a decal of some sort

My recently completed bitsa:
Warmoth alder 'DinkyP' body finished in gloss black.
Status Jazz neck
Gotoh GBR640 nickel plated aluminium reverse wind tuners
Babicz FCH nickel plated bridge - talking to FCH it seems this came from a prototype test run and there aren't anymore :(
Fender Custom Shop 62 pickup
CTS 250k pots
.047uF paper in oil cap
Q parts skull and cross bones black chrome knobs
Switchcraft mono jack
Fender nickel strap buttons with black felts
Fender nickel string tree
Generic chrome neck plate on black plastic pad - anyone know of any nickel plated neck plates (for consistency) ? [Edit - just found a nickel neckplate and nickel neck screws at Allparts so placed an order and this baby will have full nickel fittings before too long :) ]
d'Addarrio Half round strings .100 - .045

According to my bathroom scales this weighs just over 5lbs - according to my kitchen scales 7lb 3oz

All I can say is it is the lightest bass I have ever picked up - but sounds monstrous.
