Can you buy a series cable for cabs?

Is there such thing as a jack or speakon cable that you buy that will put two speakers in series, i guess some kind of 'Y' cable maybe?. I've got two 4ohm cabs and would like to put them in series to make 8ohms.

It would be easy to make. If I needed one I would probably do it by making a little adaptor box with one in & two out speakon sockets wired for series, then carry four speakon to speakon cables. Then in the event of a connection failing there's a handy spare.
