Finbar Posted November 21, 2010 Share Posted November 21, 2010 In the neverending quest for tone, I keep thinking I need a new dirt box of some kind as I'm currently not using one at all. Keep stumbling across the SFT, and I wouldn't mind trying it. Don't want to buy one just to sell it on immediately. So I was going to ask if any of you kind people would mind lending me one for a few days? I'd pay postage both ways of course, and owe you a massive e-favour! I know people who have them seem to be pretty much surgically attached to the things, so I'm not holding out too much hope, but if you don't ask, you don't get! Whilst I do love mine dearly I've just borrowed Bigwan's Trace Elliot V-Tyoe preamp, so any fuzziness I need is taken care of for now. And just to add to your gas - I found the SFT to be just as good in actual use as the Youtube clips that made me drool.
