Communication was excellent and responses swift, reassurance given where necessary. Steve was very flexible with arrangements for collection, taking the bass to work so that I could collect at my convenience throughout the day. Everything was as described, in great condition and with all the accessories, pretty much as new. Had a nice chat with him and left very happy, buy and sell with confidence.
