Also I can't understand why anyone would want Google as a home page when you can access it directly from the search bar in your browser.

Yahoo is my homepage - but BC is on my favorites and often visited. Google is a pretty unsecure place to visit as far as malware is concerned, so I steer clear of it. Yahoo is getting just about as bad, but is leading as far as security goes. Probably should just change to BC :-)

Another Safari user here so the top 12 are shown.
Basschat, Flickr & YouTube are always on there & the other 9 are things that the Mrs has been looking at (such as cakes).
On my phone I have a shortcut on the 1st homescreen to BC & also the 1st open page of Safari is BC too.

I use Opera browser. It works on one computer all the time and most of the time on another.

I don't need a homepage , so it's Blank & Blank. No search bars either. Googles first bar was known to be a security risk. I wouldn't touch Facebook with a barge-pole either.

Google only gets used if I'm desperate and that 's about twice a year. They don't need my clicks.

On the desktop I have short cuts to basschat, eBay, facebook and wikipedia.

Homepage at the minute is megatokyo.com a webcomic I read and I used to take part in the forums a lot there, particularly the art section.

Facebook, basschat, TWTD, bbc news, spedeworth, lloydstsb, lightnetwork.com and then it's on to whatever i was looking at last.
