ShergoldSnickers
The bigger brother of SS's rig - WT550 into a Vintage. Oooh yeah
Hi bro' The Eden and Barefaced combination does seem to work very well. So long as you choose the right cab for the amp power - the Big One is just too much for a WT550 to drive if you need to get loud - the Vintage however is absolutely perfect. OmeDunk
Took this combo for a pub gig tonight. I was very afraid that 300 watts was not enough. However, it did very well. Guitards happy that the bass didn't sucked al their lows up in the mix. Soundengineer happy that he was able to make a nice FOH-mix. I was very happy: great sound and combined 15 kg!
Midget & Shuttle 3.0-8T.
Salt on your Bass?
Nice! What type of band are you in? Number, stye, loudness etc. Were putting out through the pa aswell? That genz makes the midget look big!
Took this combo for a pub gig tonight. I was very afraid that 300 watts was not enough. OmeDunk
We play rock / indie covers. Think Editors, Radiohead, Muse, KOL and stuff. Singer, two distorted guitards and a loud drummer. We always play with PA. So my bass rig is for monitoring only. It's a loud band. However yesterday night seemed a bit less loud than normal. Or maybe that's the effect of no more messy lows on stage. I ran the Shuttle at full power. It coped, but there was not much headroom left. So I'm thinking about a Shuttle 6.0 / 9.0, Genz Benz Streamline (Jan 11), TC RH450 or GK MB-500. Much to choose from, indeed.
