kurcatovium
Propper way is being lame. I am. This was supposed to be a project bass, but I totally messed it. One day I'll finish it and it will be the best P ever :-D The back is, well, not entirely bad: The front is horrible: Guess what was original color? :-D Edited November 30, 2010 by kurcatovium
gary mac
It does look a bit sorry for itself, but salvagable I'm sure. Probably just putting all the bits back on would make it look a tad more healthy.
kurcatovium
I took the body from friend for about 15 pounds. It has even worse black finish, there was no primer under, really poor job. I striped it down, made this orange/yellow refin to see I didn't do it properly. So instead of sriping again I tried to do funny relic. Since it's basically making itself while playing the bass, simulating it should be easy, right? It is not. But who cares. I put the body into garage and I will continue when winter is over... This pile of crap was supposed to make a bass: Everything except the body and strap locks is gone...
