Dusty Posted December 3, 2010 Share Posted December 3, 2010 (edited) Have GASsed after one of these Status's for years and picked this up at the beginning of the year and although at the time I really wanted another Lakie, I tried this.... which was fine until I picked up a 55-01 a few weeks back. Made me realise how much I love my Laklands... So back to looking for My Dream Bass. Ideally a Light Wood finish with a Maple Neck & Bart's. The S2 comes with the Status / Hiscox Hardcase and has had less that 10 hrs playing in my ownership. In fact it's never left the house. A real beauty both to look at and play. Will be sad to see it go, but my hearts elsewhere !! I've also recently rediscovered that I like my own Status S2 4 string so I could be up for a deal for another Status. The 55-02 is Deluxe (Quilted Finish), Three-Tone Sunburst and RW.
