Is this real Fretless bass?

Is this real fretless bass on the Trevor Jones track "Hallucination" on the Labyrinth soundtrack?

At first I presumed like lots of the sounds on that track, that it would be synthesised and played from a keyboard. But, listening to it again, it does sound rather convincing.

So, is it real, or would I not recognise a real fretless if someone whacked me over the head with it?

Probably real fretless although I couldn't hear it too clearly on my PC speakers!

Sounds very 80s and similar to Eric Serra's playing on Subway and The Big Blue soundtracks (although it's unlikely to be Eric on the Bowie track).
