Its the one with the track in lines which you'll need to break to stop short. Easy with a drill bit or a tool like a bradawl. Try here for a load of layouts on various boards.

Would anyone care to comment on what the difference might be between the Lineal and the HardOne, other than the former has a linear pot and the latter a log pot? To TS, if you're looking for complete kits, I'd recommend BYOC over the das musikding kits after building both. Also check the BYOC forum, there's a good few vero layouts and the people there are quite friendly.

In that case the Zvex clone is probably the one I'll go for. I also found these guys: http://www.diypedalkits.com/ . Has anyone here had anything to do with them? Kind regards, Pete

It was expensive for a kit, but had the advantage of having the casing pre-drilled, something which I'm not really tooled up to make a decent job of. It works really well - I've posted a review in the reviews section here http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=116827
