I'm looking for around a £1000 (!!!NOW £795 FOR THE BENEVENTE!!!..!!!NOW £850 FOR THE OVERWATER 4 STRING!!!.or very nearest offer!) for each of them.
Oh...and all three of them play great....i worked at overwater basses for 3 years so within that time i set up a lot of basses!!

Overwater 5 string.....SOLD.

Overwater 4 string progress....£850
6 year old overwater 4 string fretless neck-through.
Dark indian rosewood fingerboard.
34" scale
Alder body with a purple heart top
two overwater pickups.
All active electronics (treb/mid/bass/pan pot/volume)
The purple heart top gives it a real killer fretless tone!
Great condition, only a couple of tiny dings.

BENAVENTE.......£795!!!
The third;
4 year oldish benavente single cut 4 string. It was specially made for one of the namm shows.
Maple finger board.
34" scale.
Mahogany body with a great looking spalted beech top.
Two jazz pickups.(Dimarzio)
All active electronics (treb/mid/bass/pan-pot/active-passive switch/volume)... john suhr pre-amp.
Great condition.

The first;
Two year old overwater 5 string.
Fretted and fretless necks. (Obviously bolt on, -the fretted has a rosewood board while the fretless is ebony)
34" scale
Swamp ash body with macasser ebony top.
One overwater pickup.
Totally passive...just volume and passive tone control.
....its kind of like gary willis signature bass but bulit by overwater with a fancy top!
Oh...and its got a 'ramp'.
Immaculate condition.
Typical...I just bought a five string fretted Spector as I couldn't find anything to match the gary willis model with frets!

Although I'd still like to see a picture! :)
these are all amazing basses! Ive played em all and they really are fantastic....
I know I've played the Fretless Progress (great sound!) and probably the other Overwater...

Anyway I can vouch for Scott, great guy, great player and he does indeed know how to setup a bass :)

Hi Scott

... what on earth are you doing in NYC?.. playing/working?

Not seen the Overwater FL as yet .. but was it based on my Gary Willis GWb1 that you tried some time back (in Leeds)?...

.. and did you ever get rid of that 15lb 70's Jazz bass?...

Cheers

Dave (P.)
