Anodised pickguards.

Evening all,

Does any kind soul out there know where I can buy a gold anodised pickguard for a P bass? It's for a Lakkie skyline Bob Glaub, I gave no idea whether the fender ones will fit, any ideas anyone?

Doubt if a Fender will be a good fit, and with aluminium its harder to "fettle" a decent fit and keep it tidy. I think your best bet would be a custom maker (Jeannie in the States...or Sims?). Always worth an email to Lakland first, though?

I dont know if it will fit a lakie, I have three and all had to be fettled to fit.
The biggest difference is it has 10 screw holes as opposed to the normal 13 on a fender.

Most of them line up but you would have to drill some new holes
