Bought today, getting returned tomorrow.
Just would not install on my Mac despite every instruction, driver and support site being used.
Really disappointing.

Have you the pace Dongle driver instaled? I know it dosnt need it but on the LE for PC it whould not install with out it.

I know PT 6.x can't run on an intel mac, and 7.x and up won't play with a PPC chip, I know that this is a really noddy suggestion, but I had similar issues a while back. Hope this helps.

The dongle - I was directed there and downloaded a downloader but no joy.

Totally sure this is a compatibility problem and my machine is about 10 months old!

To be fair to Guitar Guitar, they contacted me this morning and have suggested it is a damaged disc.
